Which your personal comics have increased in price the most since 2016?

I was just trying to sell off a few comics last week, I happened to check the prices of my Supergirl Legion of Superheroes 23 9.6 which is around 700?  I remember buying it for 400 in 2016.  This price jump has really surprised me.   

Anyway, just wondering what everyone else's experiences have been like?  The only rule of this thread is this has to be a book bought since 2016; nothing from your childhood collections.  

 

EDIT*  Also, for the second part of my question.  Which has decreased the most.   So far my Alias 1 NM-, I picked up 2 years ago for 60... seems like those have all dropped to ~40ish now?

I paid $55 shipped for this in mid-2016.

It would be worth about $100, except that "ugly" barcode bumps it up to $350.

This was $1,300 in early 2017... now more like $2,100...

For decreasing value, this was $1,300 about eight months ago.  Currently about $900.

Feels like EVERYTHING has gone up, or at least all of the keys have. Market is bonkers these days. Can't decide if I should jump further in, or jump right off.

I bought FF#48 CGC 8.0 for about $1,100 back in Nov-17.  I don't have GPA, but I think the last few eBay sales were around $3k?

As a matter of fact I bought this Vampirella 1 in 2016 from a board member for 800.00 shipped. 

Now I have seen it sell for 4500.00 in 9.2 cgc grade.

ASM #300 I remember spiked during the hype for the Venom movie. Bought mine for $250, and was graded at 9.6. I know months ago they were selling up to $800!

Two raw books in wonderful condition; easy NMs. A Star Wars 1, at a great price so close to the opening of The Force Awakens, and an Iron Fist 14.

I got this Superman #75 Platinum Edition in 9.8 in February, 2016 for $300. The last few I've seen went for $700 plus.

I can't believe you didn't sell any of them when they were actually hot! Although you still might be able to get a decent amount of money if you sell now.
