Question about new Marvel labels 0

I tried and failed to find discussion in search. 

What I want to know is has anyone at CGC provided an explanation as  to why special label books ( Marvel labels) have to have their own shipping and invoice fee?

Separate invoice fee would be because the label is an additional $5.

Separate shipping? Probably because it's a quicker line through encapsulation? Just guessing.

They are in same tier.

I would expect that the "special label" books get encapsulated quicker, if there's a separate line, though.

That's just an educated guess based on my production experience, though.

Did you ask CGC?

I would guess that all books on an invoice have to get the label.  This would make it less likely for a mistake to happen in house. 

No picking some books to get special labels and others not to get them on an invoice.
