Eerie #8 (Avon) Good condition - $275. This one is a tough book to find as well as price.  Tape along the length of the spine as well as tape across the back cover sealing a tear.  Cover detached from lower staple so definitely a low grade copy. Call it "Good", fresh from an original owner collection.

Tomb of Dracula #10 CGC 9.4 C/OW pages.  $1700.  Sharp looking old label copy with some light soiling and two light stress marks on the upper spine (back cover) - if you are the gambling type.
