The book is in pretty good condition overall. Has a good shine to it, but the cover isn't perfect as you can see.

Your thoughts are much appreciated.

This looks pretty nice to me. The bottom right corner area on the front cover and the lower left corner of the back cover appear to have some creasing. My question is, does that creasing extend through the entire book in that area?

nice looking book.  a small color breaking spice crease, some color rub near the lower spine and top edge, partial color breaking vertical crease on right edge near Annhilus' shoulder, light foxing on the whites of front and back covers, minor corner wear, back cover left lower corner crease.  the lower cover edge areas of color lift are production as this is seen on many copies and should not be penalized.

CGC 7.5 as is.  if that back corner bend goes through the entire book then likely 7.0.  This book should press up nicely to at least 8.0

Here's a CGC 7.5 and 7.0 for comparison:

No that creasing does not happen in the interior.

+1 on all.  Looks like the majority of CGC 7.5 I see online and at shows. Although IMO, can jump to 8.0 with a press. Solid spine!
