Batman   #124, You have to love these old Sci Fi covers! “The Mystery Seeds from Outer Space.” “The Invisible Batman” and a Signalman appearance.

This is a nice copy, the scan is making the flaws pop a little more than it should, so I took a cell picture, too. Great color, nice pages, there are 3 very small stains on the inside cover that raise the paper a little on the outside,  crease upper right there is a small dent at the bottom you might not see in the scan.. Grade is Fine - (5.5)  or better !$75.00  Sold to Fanboy

Detective Comics #114, CCG 5.0 sb, Joker covers are of course super hot getting out of reach hot ,and this one has great colors. Just a note about the sb, there is one corner lower left where the cover has a chip and the page color there was a little darker, but I subbed this book, and I was surprised at the page designation, if you open it, unless it had hot flashes on the way to CGC, you should find nice pages (except for that one spot). Bin is $1475.00  Sold to Etanick

Giant Comic Editions NN (#17) 1950, Mighty Mouse. St John .Scarce!

The color is nice and pages are nice, there is dirt on the back cover.I counted them all, there are actually 72 sheets of paper plus the covers, so 144 pages plus the covers. I don't think they actually counted when they published this one;) This copy is in the VG range, there are some long creases, so I'm going to say VG- to be safe, Bin is $45sold to Bounty_Coder

Jumbo #17, CGC 3.0 conserved (the staples were replaced) cr/ow. Fiction House 1940. 16 on the census. The list of artists on this book reads like a “Who's Who's” of famous comic book artists. Bob Powell & Will Eisner cover, Bob Powell, Lou Fine, George Tuska,, Nick Cardy & Charles Sultan art . Since Nick Cardy joined the studio in 1940, prior to joining the armed services, I wonder if this might have been one of the first books he worked on?

BTW, this was another book from the "Evelyn collection" a lot of them had replaced staples because they were used in a microfiche project and disassembled so pictures could be taken. It has nothing to do with rust.

Bin is $475.00  $425.00  $395  SOLD by PM
