PGM Fantastic Four #67 0

Hi.

Would you be so kind to help grade my FF67. 

As can be seen, there are a number of chips/tears to front and back, with some wear and tear. The pages are intact throughout with nothing missing. A number of creases also - would this benefit from a press do you think?

Unless I missed something, 4.0-4.5. Nice colors!

3.0-3.5. For couple missing pieces. One on front cover lower spine corner. Looks to be about 3/8" and the other missing piece on back cover bottom center about 1/2". Also staples are discolored.

Major defects are the chip out of front cover and 3/4 x1/2" piece out of the back cover, front cover tears, long creases, and small stain on back cover (above and to left of missing piece)

CGC 4.0.  a clean and press would help the appearance a lot, but perhaps not the technical grade.

4.0 IMO.
