Looks similar to my copy...(runs down to check...confirms its still there...)

Light wear to back cover, tiny corner creases. Is that a scrape mark on Spidey's leg that is on the comic or from the scan? I am feeling something in the 7.0-7.5 range with the accumulation of these minor defects.

Oops.  Husky hair....:blush:

 

My main concern are the creases along the top edge of the front cover....

Did not notice those (darned webbing on black background). I say those may make this closer to 7.0 IMO. Book is definitely nicer than a Fine but not quite into the VF range with the accumulation of minor flaws.
