BitterOldMan
Mark is super friendly and enjoys meeting his fans. Mark does thumb sketches, then studies in pencil, to finals in pencil, so they vary in price. Inked pieces will bring a premium in the mid to high four figures. Mark admits that he draws at glacial speed. Edited May 24, 2019 by BitterOldMan
NicoV
Mine is a Tarzan the Untamed cover (for Dark Horse). The rendering of the foam on the branches is incredible! GotSuperPowers?, Twanj and BCarter27 2
vodou
What do cover pencils prelims go for direct these days? I'm thinking of nice ones that are 6x9 or so, pretty tight, final piece before the big finished piece.

Not sure how many covers Mark is doing lately but he has been doing some cover quality images for his Carbon books. I bought this from him last year at LA Comic art show before SDCC. It cost me just under $2K, think its in the latest Carbon3. He said he might ink it later. Edited May 24, 2019 by Brian Peck
vodou
Wow, nice one Brian. His prices have gone up quite a bit, it's been about fifteen years since I got my last one but it was 300 or so!
