Books were picked of the rack by the original owner in his parents drug store.  Some issues in this collection also have an arrival date which would also have been added by him as he managed the comics at the store.  OO was a Marvel fan so no SA DCs in this batch.

After heading off to college the books were stored in his parents basement for 30 years, got bagged in the 90s.  Overall the books are very nice structurally, have GREAT cover colors/gloss but many were affected by moisture over the years of being unprotected.  Some defects may be light tanning/tanning inside cover edges, pages cream at edges to offwhite interior, any staple rust will be noted but there were not many to note. I have tried to grade these conservatively due to the moisture, the books look mucho betterer in hand and I think the buyers should be pleased.

I'll start with the higher numbers and work down.

This photo - and the story behind it - warms my heart. 

And boy, Spideys sell fast. Beautiful books, congrats to all the buyers (and the seller of course).
