Startling Stories March 1950 Pulp Magazine Thrilling Pubs

Simply awsome GGA Halloween cover!  Very few pulps have Halloween covers and this is one of the best. I can't find enough copies of this any more. Usually sell real fast on my display rack at shows. Wonder why?

Nice, complete copy with full, square paper spine. Usual pulp overhand tears. Nothing real bad. Cover is neatly split about 3/4th the way up. Small chip out of bottom right and bottom of cover. Small "25" in grease pencil on cover. Back cover has some light water staining. Nice, flexible interior paper with no flaking.

Was $35.  Now $30.!  What would this be worth if it were a comic book?

Whew, that was wild!  Like a hurricane. Can you imagine a 3 year old and a 5 year old hitting MY junk room? Toys and comics every where. Don't worry, I put everybody's stuff away. They sure love those old Buddy L Trucks though...:roflmao:

Let's see if I can finish up now...

Anybody but me like 1940's Kelloggs Pep pins? Great set of 86 characters from 1945-1947. Always marked with Pep cereal in the back. But wait... These two are different. One is blank and one has "Made in USA" in the backs. Character is Uncle Walt from Gasoline Alley. I bought a small group of these from a Kelloggs employee many years ago. He said they were prototypes but I can't verify for certain. Showed them to Ted Hake and he had never seen them. If you collect these, you need these rare variations for your set!

You get two pins. One of each back variation (same character) for $20.
