I looks like a perfect candidate to at the very least having the entire issue leaf cast to repair the holes (and perhaps only color touch the cover to fill it in - as doing color touch redrawing on every page would be crazy expensive)

Well, all I can say is that your copy of 'Tec 31 is definitely nothing to be sniffed at.  

Especially when it presents so nicely relative to its assigned CGC grade which I believe are going for over $20K in today's red hot marketplace.

I got both of these copy's years ago Bat 5 was sold as poor and when I got the book had No back cover and I e-mailed the guy and he said what do you expect for poor

I bought the Tec 71 as VG with bug bites. He never sent inside pics so I thought  Ya.
