Hope someone can help me identify if this Beast page was published. It measures 9.5 X 13.5. It is penciled by RON LIM and I believe inked by TOM PALMER. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.Beast.thumb.JPG.6b60f491494c3e6d84f6fe5fdf236b88.JPG

Checked it out with no such luck. But that was a great suggestion. Many thanks, Brian.

The smaller sized OA makes me think it may be trading card art.

ditto, and Lim did a lot of card art in the 90s.

You should ask Ron Lim if he remembers what it was drawn for? Sorry I don't have Ron's email.

I agree on that likely being a trading card

Doesn't look like either is there. Many comic artists are. It's one of the main, and few, reasons I use Twitter.

Thanks for checking. Might have to delve into the twitter-sphere.

Love the art and it looks so familiar, but I just can't place it.

There were SO MANY trading card sets in the 90s that even all of nerdom has been able to scan every one. Therefore Google Images won't be of any help.

You may have to *GASP* track down the physical card.

Whatever it is has to be 1994 or 1995 (from signature). I looked on http://nslists.com/actdc.htm#dc which has pretty much all crads produced. Some list the artists and some don't. Didn't see any with Beast being drawn by Ron Lim.

There are also a bunch of marvel novels for juniors and adults at this time and most had images at the start of each chapter. It could be one of those or from some other activity book.
