PGM Strange Tales #115 - Grade is in! 1 1

I recently picked up this issue from Ted at @Superworld. Two small marks on the bottom of the front cover (visible in photo). Stain on bottom right-hand corner of cover. Staples firmly attached. So, what your opinion?

without the stain, I'd think it could be 7.5

So if CGC is as tough on stains as I keep reading in various posts, I'll go 7.0

It's tough to tell by the photos, but that looks like a fairly significant stain on the bottom right edge of the back cover, which looks like it extends to the front cover as well...if that's the case, I'd be in the 5.0 - 5.5 range...

This book came back from CGC yesterday. The other posters grades were either spot on or close.
