nice - looks like slight dings on the front left corners and a couple small ones along the spine.  Poss some light abrasion under Aunt May.  There's that chip like mark on the bottom edge  and poss another tiny one under the middle of 'Super-Villian' - some dirt on back cover

9.0+ IMO.

Small nick/very very very small piece missing on bottom FC edge. I also think something 9.0, possibly 9.2 is obtainable here. If grading, definitely consider pressing to maximize potential on it.
