PGM Walt Disney's Comic and Stories #3 1940 Golden Age 0

Admittedly its has been several decades since I seriously looked at comic values (like back when things were simply NM, VF, etc), but I came across this one with a larger Disney collectibles collection. It does have several issues which I hope show in the photos, including being folded at one point, however I'm hoping some of you will offer your opinions of its current grade.
