Well that makes sense. First 10 i ever saw was this one sitting at my LCS. They want $200.

 

Thought i might have been lucky just to see one >.<

No other book has ever had 100 copies in CGC 10.

...which is because CGC grades magazines a lot less strictly than comics. Not good or bad...just is. Magazines typically cover a lot more real estate, so flaws that would have a larger impact on a smaller item don't "count as much" on large ones (which goes back to the baseball card analogy that's been brought up a lot. A 2.5" x 3.5" flat card better be perfect....a 7" x 10.5" comic...not so much.

Got a 10.0 on the one I sent in. Just glad I sold if for $400 cash.
