Please grade this Rangers Comics #35! 0

[Point Five]

Had a few Fiction House books like this one over the years and it's always tough to finetune the grade on them. The front cover looks higher grade in every way... tight, flat, glossy & bright, all well-attached at the single staple. But the whole book seems to have a miscut/misfold resulting in the pages fanning out a bit, and they've taken some edge wear along the way. Thoughts?

A 4.0 kinda feels right IMO.

I would be more forgiving as its a printing error. For me, if someone call this Fine to Fine plus, I would not think it outta line.

To be safe though, 5.0.

That's way too harsh. Please sell me your 4.0s. 

I don't know how to deal with the fanout but the FC looks like an 8.0 to me. I'll play it safe and deduct a full grade and call it a 7.0.

The only comic I own that might be a 4.0 is the wraparound variant of X-Men #1 from 1991.

You can have it for tree fiddy.

This book looks very nice except for the overhang. I do think it's at least a Fine the way it sits, possibly higher...
