I live in the middle of nowhere, and there are a few New comic lines I would like to order.  Sonata, new Carnage coming out, imortal hulk and more..does anyone have any recommendations on who someone in my situation can go through rather then hitting up Ebay?  Anyway thanks

I haven't found a great one.

Now - full disclosure - I haven't tried many. I just found that either going to an LCS weekly, or ordering in 'bulk' after a few weeks, were my best options. YMMV.

Midtown Comics is great for new books.  Good prices and very reasonable shipping.

I recommend mycomicshop.com for ordering from previews. And Midtown if you prefer to create a monthly pull list. Both have good shipping options at a reasonable cost, and send books bagged & boarded.

I've used DCBS the last few months and have had no complaints.  Books have been in better condition than what I would have otherwise gotten at my LCS.

For weekly pull lists, Ive only ever used Midtown Comics due to their great selection and price.  I have ordered from many many comic shops and ebay sellers.  My main gripe with midtown is they take about a week or more before your items ship, but they do have great prices and I love their site to see the major variants.

If you're going the pre-order route (2 months in advance) ... like a DCBService ... I would recommend http://kowabungacomics.com. They offer equal discounts to DCBS, and I've found their packages to arrive much quicker and the issues in nicer condition.
