Lot of 2 Rare Vintage 1996-1997 Batman & Captain America Neck Ties ****$30 Shipped****

Both ties are in excellent condition, the Batman tie does have a few tiny stains on the back of the tie. The Cap tie is 100% Silk and the Batman 100% Polyester.
