Digital Code Stickers and grading 0

I’ve found some older posts, but has anything changed on books having the digital sticker removed or partially peeled when it comes to grading in 2019? I’m very new to submitting and would like this to be as clear as possible. 

 

Ive never redeemed any since the industry started including digital codes but now I’m kinda wanting more value out of these $5 books. 

 

Any help would be great. Really just wanting to know if anything has changed in recent years. Thank you!

@Gambitjoe Digital code labels being removed do not affect the grade of the book. It will simply state "Digital code label removed" on the label and will still retain it's original grade and label color.
