I think you're going to want to take it out of the bag and take/post some better pictures if you want any solid grade opinions here.

+1 and I think this one may be a book that has light foxing all over it. Need to see better pictures.

The plastic bag has extensive surface wear, creases and dimpling, i'd give it a 3.0.  The comic book, I have no idea on the grade since I can't see any details through the bag.
