Reprinting COVERS and PAGES. What grade/Label would it get? 0

Hey everyone, hopefully a quick question for you guys.

If I purchase a coverless action comics and then reprint the cover (like at staples or something on a nice thick paper) would CGC still give it a NG cause the cover is missing? Would it be a different color label? Would it say on the label "cover reprinted"?

Same question, but with pages.... if a page is missing and I reprint it, what will it be graded at?

Not clear how CGC would label this today.  I seem to recall a discussion about inconsistency in CGC’s labeling incomplete books over the years, but in all likelihood this kind of book would receive an NG label.  

Also, some mention on the label about what’s missing and/or reprinted seems probable along with a restored (purple) or qualified (green) label.  Of course some info might just be provided in grader’s notes these days, but if there’s a grade other than NG, it would likely be .5 PLOD or GLOD as an incomplete book.  

That’s my best guess, but mileage varies and others may have a different take.
