Pretty sure this will grade what I thought the minimum grade at the time of purchase.  Let's see how close I was!

It looks from the centerfold pic like the staples are partially rusted through. VG appearance but I'd feel safer at 3.0/3.5 than 4.0. Great colors!

Bottom Staple is rusty with migration.  The top staple has no rustic all  The book has original gloss and the paper isn’t brittle or stiff.  Bottom staple tho

I'm very comfortable with a 3.5...

You never know with those wonderful GA books and the CGC. Fair grade IMO 3.5...CGC could go 4 or 4.5!
