if a book was graded slabbed 10/2016 does it have the creep engine design? 1 1

Problem is I submitted 13 books with them

But basically it was the newest gen slab without an inner well

Happened for 3 months April 2016 to June 30th 2016...

Not necessarily, I have some books graded during this time that have no symptoms of the creep engine effect. 

Like previously stated, need some pictures to determine if the “effect” is taking place. 👍
