I've got a few of the other Western Penn's.  It seems it was the only pedigree to cover these books outside of the Pacific Coast collection.   Though there were multiplies of each, I've seen 2-4 Subby's, 2-3 Hulks, 2 Captian Marvels, 2-3 Doctor Stranges.   All 9.6 to 9.8 in grade.

I used to own the very first 9.8 Captain Savage 1

some former copies, I used to own all of them except Silver Surfer 1 in 9.8 (owned a 9.6 - there were only 2 9.8s at the time)

Hey! My man! Someone else also has an I-M/S-M #1 one-shot in 9.8 W.

We're practically family!

Interesting that your date stamp is ten days earlier than my copy’s.

The official release date was Feb 1, but with America being so massive it must have been logistically impossible to get all issues to shops on that exact date.

These books were represented in many other SA pedigree collections, which had complete runs of all the major Marvel titles leading into, and in many cases through, the Bronze Age.  A few examples:

There's quite a few of the pedigree's with a few or more of the 68's starter books.  I remember the two Boston Surfer #1's, that Rob Hughes got regraded to 9.8's.   The WP pedigree seems to have the full set.
