Damaged Holders Returned from CGC? 0

I recently submitted some books to CGC to get new holders.  When I received them back, 6 of the books had cracked cases and some of them extensively.  What should I do?  What are my next steps?

I'd immediately contact CGC about this.

When there's this much destruction to the holders, the books should also be inspected to make sure they're OK. This is some serious shipping damage, my friend...

That box folded like an accordion. IMO the boxes CGC now uses DO NOT provide enough protection. Please bring back the old style boxes.

Fortunately CGC will be open this AM.

That box looks like it has been through a war.

Man I would be flipping out, just hope the books are not affected. Something definitely ran that box over. Either a car tire or a forklift. Are there any tire marks?

Looks like the box was smash between the delivery truck and the loading dock. Or possibly a forklift and wall.   Very unusual, even for these cheaper boxes CGC is currently using.

oh wow that sucks, hope there is no damage to the books but contact CGC ASAP and they should resolve it for you. 

When I look at that box I cant help but think of that Ace Ventura scene it definitely looks like something like that happened.

I agree with TwoPiece that CGC will do its best to make it right.  But man those pictures are painful.
