Looks better but four of the inside pages have the bottom corner missing or torn (1/4 inch), most likely due to printing process, does not affect story.

To the best of my knowledge, this book was not pressed.

Showcase #24 CGC 7.0: $700

I don't know if this book was pressed or not, but my guess is that it was as it is too perfectly flat for a 7.0.

Beautiful copy for its assigned grade. Main defects I see are some color fading on spine near upper staple, light foxing around lower left corner of front cover and two small tears on right edge near the monster's body.

Structurally looks better but light tanning around edges and small chip out bottom back cover.
