thescoop01
From your site, Note: In select instances, CGC may accept signed books directly from the signer/publisher if accompanied by the appropriate documentation, but generally the CGC Signature Series label will only be issued to books signed under the direct observation of a CGC representative. Is there a list of these online that you would accept for yellow label? For example, I have a sig from Stan Lee with a COA, if I submitted, would it get a yellow label? No. Key words are "directly from the signer/publisher."

I think that if the OP IS the publisher (or possibly works for the publisher), AND Stan signed the book at a private signing AND the book never left the possession of the publisher, AND it was a pre-approved CGC SS opportunity, AND there was a good reason the book hasn't been submitted to CGC yet, AND you had some type of NOTRIZED statement saying all the stuff above, then there's a CHANCE it might get a yellow label. But that has nothing to do with a COA, those are worth nothing to CGC.
