I was also interested in having them graded, What are the steps taken to have this done. I am willing to pay whatever the charge is. Antyreal Posted July 15, 2019 Share Posted July 15, 2019 First off welcome to the boards!!! CGC does not authenticate signatures that you already have (chain of custody is already broken). They will also NOT honor any COA no matter who they are from. You must get your signature in the presence of an official CGC witness to be authenticated. You can still have your books graded through the normal grading process but you will receive a green "qualified" label. That means CGC sees the signature as a major flaw on the book, but still graded it as if it wasn't there. revat 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
