Potential purchase so any help with grades would be appreciated. Lots of spine ticks and back cover top has some damage that goes into the book. A press would help some but obviously not a great deal (I think). So what do you guys think?

^ Seems generous

I think you would see a fair hit for the tape pull or removal/stain combo on that back corner. Lots of spine ticks too. I think 4.5-5.0 would be a safe bet. If that pulls anything higher I would be surprised (and you would be pleased)

I think Bird's book looks much better than those 4.5s with multiple stains.

I don't see less than a 6.0 in the OP, personally.

I would give it a 5.0/5.5. A 5.5 is selling for around $675.00

The shape of the other two could determine if it is a deal you would break even on. The 33, if in 8.0 or better shape could be worth $150 and up. 

Either way the ask is a little on the high side.
