With respect, 3.5 feels way off. The colors are bold and the structure is very nice. CGC will love this one.
Even with the slight fraying at bottom of spine, I'd guess 6.5 give or take.

As long as there isn't a spin split i'm not seeing, I could see this being 6.0.

This looks to be at least a Fine copy...6.0 or better. My only real concern is the wear at the staple...
