I was thinking 4.5-5.0

Came back a 3.5

I would have guessed 4.0 range.

Would have guessed 4.0 to 4.5.  Looks like there is a subscription crease visible on back cover shot.

You got hosed as a 3.5.  It should be 4.5 but it’s possible they hit you additionally hard for the water spots

I'm afraid so. It doesn't look full to me, certainly not on the front cover. But it's pretty close on the back.

Perfect defect to save a buyer money.  Looks quite nice for the grade

CGC doesn't usually differentiate between an "official" subscription crease and a book that was folded in half and shoved into a back pocket...
