Since I asked for grade opinions

solid copy. Dust shadow on back.  Top staple is still solidly attached to back cover but pulled through cleanly on front.

grades please ?

You guys are killing me.  Staple isn’t detached.  It’s still solid to back cover.   Treat it like a 1/4 inch tear in a bad location?

I have few GA War books have similar problem with a tear staple that end up in between 5.0 to 6.0.

I figured that and think it’s overall near the mid or high side since the book is also quite nice. Thx

I’m at 5.0-5.5. I’d like to see it hit Fine but that tear/pull through on the front cover is very apparent.

This book has a nice look to it, even with the pulled staple. I think 6.0 is a very reasonable grade...
