Noticeable spine roll, readers crease and fc corner crease, soiling on bc (water stain at top?),

I’m at 6.0 or so. That small back cover stain sucks. I think it’s still too nice to be less than FN.

6.0, if you get it pressed and cleaned.  Maybe 5.5 without.

I'm at a 6 maybe with a clean and press 6.5 that staining at the BC top I think will hold it back
