Stain? Dirt? Dust Shadow? 0

Apologies for the not-so-great pic. I pulled it from eBay. As you can see, I’ve flagged a couple, very faint, issues with the back cover of this IH 181. 

Would these be considered stains, dirt, or in the case of the edge, dust shadow?

The left margin looks darker than the right. I'd say you have two things here. A light dust shadow down the entire edge on the left half of the left margin, and then there's some transparency. Inside back cover art showing through the cover to the outside, creating darker areas where the ink on the inside is the darkest.
