You can open in MS Paint and save JPEG's as "High", "Medium" or "Low" Quality.

Best easy way to reduce image file sizes IMO.

Dena is on the case regarding the system error - I got a PM earlier 

Admin are mega busy with projects and stuff so I'll leave them alone. I think a few more people are now aware of the Gallery section that were not previously, so it's all good.
