Battle Pope is obviously not Kirkman’s most popular creation, but it was his first published work. This preview predates that, and Kirkman says there were ever only 75 in existence. I’ve been tempted to auction it, but I have no idea if it would bring nothing or potentially some ridiculous amount from a Kirkman completist. It’s not even referenced on My Comic Shop, Mile High Comics, Comic Book Database or anyplace else that I’ve found. The only mention I’ve ever found is the first picture above (from the first Battle Pope TPB).
