Question about a grading note

One of the books coming in my latest shipment has "multiple staple detached front cover" in the notes.

I believe this does not mean the same thing a "Cover detached".

The cover is not detached, but there are tears at the staple on the front cover.

Will this say "cover detached" on the label?
