Different types of slabs thru the years question 0

Is there a list of all the different types of slabs CGC has produced thru out the years with a description i.e. "has inner well" "newton rings problematic" ect.....?  Reason being is that I have a slab graded from 2014 and I can notice a lot of waviness on the front cover and what seems to be a bulge on the back. I'm pretty sure it's all just how the plastics are sitting. Still it would be great to know how many different generations of slabs there have been, what years those slabs were produced, and finally general info about the slab itself. Thanks in advance.
