The TOD 1 has the bulk of the damage in the spine. 7.0 range is about right. 

The TOD 10 has a crease bottom right corner, a small color break along the top edge of the front cover and a few spine tics. If what I think is a crease on the edge by Dracula’s cloak I would say 8.5. If it is not a crease you might pull a 9.0 if the book was cleaned up a bit.

hmm wow kind of harsh on the TOD 1 I was at a 7.5 - 8.0 as there only like 12 Spine ticks and blunted bottom spine a bit of dirt on back cover. recommend dry cleaning for dirt Press wont help Color breaking spine ticks

TOD 10 I was at a 9.0 only one triangle crease FC bttm corner and a bit of dirt on BC near bttm spine could clean out but it looks fairly nice

These were exactly my grades before scrolling down.
