I didn't realize Goodman was still putting out pulps in the early 1950s, though considering he published nearly everything else; magazines, digests, comics and paperbacks, it's not a surprise.

The cover reminds me of the ones Saunders did for G.I. Joe.

G-, with a piece out of the top left, some edge wear, and some water staining

1st issue of a hero title, but the really cool thing here is the mention of Commissioner Gordon on the cover!  The first Batman story was lifted from a Shadow story, maybe Commissioner Gordon was too!
