Hi,

Next Sunday I'll be setting up at the Kenosha Comic/Collectibles show right on the border of Illinois & Wisconsin!  It's a smaller hotel show with $2 admission and approx 20-25 dealers. Also it's right next to the Pleasant Prairie Outlet Mall if you want to squeeze in some shopping or convince your S/O to come along.

It's definitely a great show for picking up $2-$30 book convention stock cheap. Not a place to find higher end product-lots of occasional weekend warrior dealers looking to move product cheaply. Ran into many dealers who normally setup at slightly larger regional cons (mighty con, kane county, etc...) There was a fairly even ratio of comic to toy dealers. The North Shore Comics guy (pete?) was blowing out books at 50 cents a pop, John Hauser, a few usual suspects etc...

I think that’s “monster” John you’re thinking of. Tall, beard.
