I don't think so.  I know LB did an inside story though.  It is a killer cover wither way!  Very unique.

I love this cover. I'm a real sucker of surealistic art. But, I have to fall into the camp of probably not being Cole. It is far to minimalistic for him and the colors just aren't what he would have done.

Has this Eerie feeling of LB Cole DNA, but is not credited. 

Blacklight book by Fantagraphics says it could be a Cole cover and has it pictured but the mystery seems to still shroud.
