Hey Dwayne.  Sorry to hear about your friend.  Life seems too short at times and can be over before we want it to be.

I pray peace on your heart and mind and that you will be able to heal and begin looking forward to seeing him again quickly.

Jesus IS the resurrection and the life .

Well said Mike.🙂

Always very difficult when you lose someone who’s a mentor and guiding light.

Sorry for your loss.

Losing the people that make up the fabric of your life is always hard to bear, more so when it's 'too soon'. Life is very fragile isn't it. With any luck, we will all meet up again on the other side and the pain we feel between now and then will soon be forgotten :foryou:

sorry to hear about your loss. :foryou:. Sounds like a great guy.

The cool part is it sounds like you had some great memories and times with him.

he was the best, would help anyone out anytime. He and I both worked for the same company but he had been there longer and when we sold off a piece of the business he was able to retire at 53. He was a huge comic and original art guy thru and thru, one of the best I've ever been around when it came to negotiating. Year before last we were at the Superman celebration in Metropolis Illinois and one of the vendors had an original piece of Green Lantern art, he saw it when we arrived and said it would be his before we left and it was. I have about seven more years before I can retire but we had already started to set up at small booths at little shows and selling off dups. Batman and Spider-Man were his favorites. He called me Wednesday and was going to be in town and wanted to grab a bite to eat, I'm so thankful I did. We sat around and talked comics and about getting ready for the Russellville show that we were going to set up at in November

what an awesome sounding person. I wish I had known him.

Very sorry for your loss, Az. Those sudden, unexpected losses are the hardest to process. Looks like you have a lot of great memories and reminders of your friendship to help you weather the storm. Hang in there.
