How do I submit books with pre screening for restoration? 1 1

I am trying to complete my first submission, but I don't see any options anywhere on the on-line submission forms to request pre-screening for restoration.  Where can I find this?

Hi there. Restoration Screening is on the page after selecting "Restoration Removal" on the online form. Please see the attached images. Screening is checked under "Additional Services".
