pressing question

Not a pressor or pro at it but I think that staple could be problematic for the pressing as it looks like half of the pages are ripped by it so it has a chance to pop than others. Again it might be ok but just guessing. But the spine roll could be fixed by pressing.

Spine rolls can be fixed but make sure your presser is experienced in spine rolls, there are risked if not done properly like popped staples or “sunk” staples.  Probably one of the most dramatic changes to a book is done properly.

I thought about having this cleaned and pressed. I wondering if the spine roll would come out and if it did, the possibility of the staple popping. Thanks.

How secure is the staple by the spine and at the centerfold?
