Pais 250 for it in hopes of a 9.8. I literally see no flaws...

even tho it looks like a 9.8 you can never be too sure but I think a 9.8 is very likely

it could be a 9.8 but I think it could be a 9.6 as there is tiny tears on the bottom staples and if there is any fingerprints or bends not shown in the pics.

the small tears by the bottom stale are all I can make out as flaws from those pics.    Overstreet guide would lean me towards 9.6 though CGC grading isn't Overstreet.

I would give it a 9.6, but I will say a small prayer for you to the grading gods!

9.4 - 9.6.  Because of the popularity, I think this book is graded quite harshly.
