okay first lets looks at Cable & Deadpool 50. Deadpool attacks a Symbiote that is not venom and it bonds with him resulting in a Symbiote Deadpool

 

Then we have What If? Iron Man: Demon in an Armor. Where the venom symbiote is stripped from Peter Parker and bonds with Deadpool.

 

So which is the first appearance of Venompool? The non Venom symbiote bonding or the Venom symbiote bonding?

yes that is true however there are some that believe that Cable & Deadpool 50 is the first appearance of venompool despite that the symbiote is not venom.

Venom is more the combination of that symbiote bonded with a human host. Which is why ASM 252 is not the first Venom

When you read the whole story not just the last panels, you will find that it is indeed the legit Venom Symbiote being transported that escapes in issue 49 and infects the Dinosaurs from the Savage Land before infecting Wade. 
Cable and Deadpool #50 also Pre-Dates, "Iron Man, Demon in an Armor" one shot.
