Wasn't sure if anyone might find this interview interesting. I'm sure everyone here already knows the answers, but they discuss: 

• Are CGC cases waterproof?
• Does CGC give higher grades when submitting on-site?
• How many books they grade a day and how long they take to grade
• Use of microchamber paper

I started watching ComicTom a few months ago and  he posts really consistently and I think has some good content. If you do like this video, it's pretty similar to his others.

I’m a subscriber.  His shows great.  The guy lives comic books and his cohost is the same.  Jeff (goldenageguru on IG) is also on quite a bit so he covers the GA aspects.  I recommend it to anyone here.
