I've seen a few questionable charities linked to the comic hobby that were exposed here in the near twenty years I've been a member of these boards. @BerkbridgeFoundation might not realize the forum history of exposing them, and the way the community comes together to find out the truth. And while I can't even wrap my head around all of this as it's been unfolding over the past few days, I do want to say that it's good to know there's people here still watching out for one another. It's good to see that basic communal instinct that's too often drowned out by all the banter and noise of CG, and to know it's still alive and well on these forums.

ebay and paypal also should be on call, they both have investigative depts. for this level of fraud.

Also, California and Nev state attorney general's offices are also going to be very interested in this once $118,000 last month alone is mentioned.

No getting lost on the paper trail. Shill bidding too! Seems like there's lots they may be very interested if there's charity fraud with the amount taken in.

Sweet Lou 14 inquired politely and reasonably as to Berkbridge's charitable activities.

Berkbridge responded accusing 'defamation' and posted a pic of a feebay comic seller's auctions whose username was 'Sweet_Lou_allnight' (or something similar) - a threat of sorts against said seller account.  But, it was just a similar username, it isn't the Sweet Lou on this board's account.

Old news of a well known foundation (not Berkbridge), but still, seeing a pie chart like this makes me cringe for something that's supposed to be a non-profit charity. (Actual name hidden to avoid any controversy.)

Those listings are both over 18 months old, but if there are any new listings making that claim I think they would need to be brought to the attention of Heritage.

A legitimate charity would jump at the chance to clear their name, and seize the opportunity to promote their good works amongst the community. The Berkbridge Foundation, lead by Robert S Jalali, is CLEARLY aware of this thread, so there's no ambiguity here. 

Robert, maybe you think by ignoring us it'll all go away. It won't.
